How to get here...

The International Airport is about 15 minutes outside of Zihuatanejo and recieves many national and international flights daily. There are flights from Canada and the United States. During the peak vacation season from December to April there are several direct flights and many more with connections in Mexico City. The principal carriers are Aeroméxico, Air Canada,Alaska Airlines, Click Mexicana, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, Mexicana de Aviación and US Airways and there are numerous charter flights available. Check the airline web sites or ask your travel agent to get the most recent flight information.

From other cities in Mexico, all flights connect in Mexico City. The principal carriers are Aeroméxico, Click Mexicana, Interjet and Mexicana de Aviación. Check the web sites for current information or contact your travel agent.

Traveling by bus is also a good option if you are already in Mexico. Estrella Blanca and Estrella de Oro are the two major buslines with service to Zihuatanejo. The bus terminals are just outside of the downtown area and about 10 minutes from Playa La Ropa.
